You set up the direct debit procedures LSV+ and BDD by submitting the corresponding form to your bank. You can request the forms at any time from our live chat support or via e-mail (email@example.com). As soon as we receive the document from your bank, we will set it up internally and inform you about it.
Please be aware that we do currently not set up any new LSV+ due to our LSV-limit from our bank. If you still set up the LSV in the meantime, we will inform you as soon as we have activated it in the future. BDD is not restricted by our bank’s limit and can be set up at any time.
